What this website collects
This website has no accounts, forms or newsletter, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
The map in the contact section is loaded from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address and browser information when the map loads.
When you contact us
If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or email us, we receive the details you share, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. We use them only to reply, arrange your visit or answer your question, and keep them only as long as needed for that and for our records.
WhatsApp, Instagram and your email provider handle those messages under their own privacy policies.
Bookings in the Hairaholic app
Bookings, payments, rewards, gift cards and boutique orders are made in the Hairaholic app, not on this website. Information you give in the app is handled under the privacy information provided in the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our communications, when the law requires it, or with your consent.
Your rights
Under Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to us at [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
