How do I book a treatment?

In the Hairaholic app, on iOS and Android: pick the treatment, your expert and a time slot. When a slot is full, you can join the waitlist.

Where should I start if it is my first visit?

Accepted Answer

With Check Your Scalp (100 QAR). The scalp check tells us what your hair actually needs before we choose a treatment together.

Question 4

Do you offer treatments at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Massages (Aromatherapy Signature, Aroma Deep Tissue, Thai Fusion and Sports, 60 or 90 minutes) and lymphatic drainage come to you, at the address and time you choose in the app. Prices start at 350 QAR.

Question 5

Do you have multi-session packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for hair and scalp, for the face and for lymphatic drainage at home, in 6 or 8 sessions. You pay once in the app, then just show up.

Question 6

Can I reserve the salon for a private event?

Accepted Answer

Yes: private access for 3 to 5 people, for 3 hours, at 1 130 QAR for the space. Reserving the space requires booking a treatment, and treatments are priced separately.

Question 7

Are there rewards or gift cards?

Accepted Answer

Both live in the app. You earn a free treatment after ten sessions, you can send gift cards on WhatsApp, and the boutique delivers products to you.
